All content provided by Creative REI Academy is protected intellectual property, including:

  • PDFs, templates, and checklists

  • Coaching materials and frameworks

  • Videos, recordings, and replays

  • Branding elements and graphics

  • Proprietary deal-structuring frameworks

  • Community content (posts, trainings, Q&A replays)

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and removal from all programs.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are subject to the specific refund policy presented at checkout and in the Refund Policy linked on the site.

  • Certain digital products, memberships, coaching programs, and downloadable resources may be non‑refundable.

  • Payment plans must be completed on schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Fraudulent activity, spam, or misleading representations

Access to communities, calls, and portals is a privilege, not a right, and may be updated or revoked at our discretion.

  • Go High Level (CRM, email, SMS)

  • Zoom or similar video platforms

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

  • Learning management systems and community platforms

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third‑party services.

Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. A2P/10DLC Messaging and Consent

Creative REI Academy may send you informational or promotional communications via email, SMS, or other channels, including reminders, updates, and offers.

By submitting your phone number and opting in on our forms, pages, or checkout processes, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Creative REI Academy and its service providers using application‑based messaging and 10‑digit long‑code numbers.
