2. Digital Courses and Programs

  • Digital courses, replays, templates, and downloadable resources are non‑refundable once delivered or access is granted.

  • Access begins when login credentials or portal access is sent, or when content is made available in your account.

We do not offer refunds for failure to use or complete the content.

3. Coaching, Consulting, and Live Programs

For coaching programs, consulting packages, live cohorts, or group coaching:

  • All fees are typically non‑refundable once the program has started or initial materials have been delivered.

  • Rescheduling or transfer options, if available, will be outlined in the specific program agreement.

Any exceptions or guarantees will be clearly indicated on the specific program page.

4. Payment Plans and Failed Payments

If you enroll using a payment plan:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments on time.

  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until payment issues are resolved.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in removal from the program, with no refund for amounts already paid.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with Creative REI Academy is considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate access to all courses, communities, and coaching.

  • Refuse future business, programs, or offers.

For customers in the United States receiving SMS communications:

  • We may send transactional messages related to your purchase, access, or billing, including reminders about payment plans and policy updates.
